PLACEHOLDER TEXT. This is not a membership agreement and it has not been reviewed by a lawyer. The clauses below have the shape of a membership agreement so the registration and checkout flows can be used end to end. Each clause is a prompt for the legal department. Replace this text before relying on it.

- PLACEHOLDER. To keep account credentials confidential and to report any suspected misuse.
- PLACEHOLDER. To use the platform lawfully and not to interfere with its operation.

PLACEHOLDER. Describe the service level offered, the fact that supplier availability and prices can change until a booking is confirmed, and how the member is informed when something changes.
5. Account security and suspension
PLACEHOLDER. State when an account may be suspended or closed, whether notice is given, and what happens to bookings that are already confirmed.
6. Personal data
PLACEHOLDER. Refer to the privacy notice rather than restating it, and state that marketing permission is separate and optional.
7. Changes to this agreement
PLACEHOLDER. Describe how a new version is published, how the member is told, and state that a member who has accepted an earlier version keeps a record of the version accepted.
8. Term, termination and disputes
PLACEHOLDER. State how either side ends the agreement, the governing law, and the competent courts or consumer arbitration bodies.
