PLACEHOLDER TEXT. This is not the privacy notice of this company and it has not been reviewed by a lawyer. The sections below have the shape of a privacy notice so that the pages, the checkout boxes and the acceptance records can be used end to end. Each section is a prompt for the legal department. Replace this text before relying on it.

PLACEHOLDER. State the data controller here: legal name, registered address, trade registry number, and the contact point for data protection questions.

PLACEHOLDER. List the categories of personal data actually collected. As a starting point for the legal department, the platform stores at least:

  • identity and contact data of the person booking and of each traveller;
  • booking data: dates, destinations, services purchased, prices paid;
  • payment data handled by the payment provider, and the result of that payment;
  • technical data: IP address, browser, and the time an approval was recorded.

PLACEHOLDER. State each purpose separately and honestly. Booking fulfilment, supplier communication, legal record keeping and marketing are different purposes and cannot be described as one.

PLACEHOLDER. State the basis for each purpose. Performance of the contract, legal obligation and consent are not interchangeable, and marketing permission is recorded as a separate document.
